The Gir cow is a renowned indigenous dairy breed of India, distinguished by its prominent convex forehead, long pendulous ears, and unique hump. Inherently resilient, Gir cows absorb solar energy through their Suryaketu Nadi (vein in the hump), which enriches their milk with essential golden elements and unique restorative properties.
A2 milk contains only the A2 type of beta-casein protein, making it easily digestible and highly nutritious compared to regular milk. Regular consumption boosts immunity, improves metabolism, supports bone health, and is free from the inflammatory properties often associated with A1 milk compounds.
